We will deal promptly, thoroughly and impartially with any enquiries or complaints. If your enquiry or complaint can not be answered satisfactorily right away:

You will get an acknowledgement from us within a week.

We will try to give a full reply within 4 weeks at the latest.

If it is a telephone enquiry which cannot be dealt with immediately, someone will phone you back within 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday).

FEES

Interpreting fees are calculated on an hourly basis.

Translation fees are calculated according to the number of words in the document.
